All sales are final
Everything in the This World Explained shop, including Questwise test prep guides, homework boards, bundles and Mehtivation card decks, is a digital download. Your files are delivered instantly after payment and can’t be “returned,” so all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.
By placing an order, you agree that your files are delivered immediately and that you give up any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once the download is available. This includes the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to some buyers in the EU and UK.
When we will make it right
Email us at hello@thisworldexplained.com within 30 days of your order and we’ll fix the problem or refund that purchase if:
- a file won’t open or is damaged,
- you didn’t receive your download links, or
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
Please include your order number. You can always re-download your files from My Account → Downloads (each download link allows 5 downloads and works for 30 days).
