Test week and every week, run from mission control. This space study bundle for kids pairs Launch Day test prep with The Mission Board homework board. 3 printable PDFs.

Sound Familiar?

Your kid can explain why rockets drop stages and narrate a countdown from T-minus 10.

Ask what’s due Friday and you get a shrug.

Ask how they studied and you hear “I looked over it.”

Two different problems. One kid. One world they already love.

Every Week: The Mission Board

The homework board on the wall. Cards move from MANIFEST to ON THE PAD (max 3) to IN FLIGHT (only 1) to LANDED. Stuck cards go ON HOLD with the name of who can help. Big projects become MULTI-STAGE cards, one stage at a time. Friday is the landings count.

Test Week: Launch Day

When a test shows up on the MANIFEST, Launch Day takes over. Your kid picks a countdown (5+ days, 2 to 4 days, or tomorrow), runs a Go/No-Go Poll with notes closed, logs Sim Runs, files Anomaly Reports, and marks a topic CERTIFIED only when it’s right on two different days. It ends with a timed Full Simulation and a Proof it worked box.

What’s Inside

🚀 Launch Day: 16-page test prep PDF. Route picker, Go/No-Go Poll, Critical Items, Sim Schedule, The Procedures, fold-over Sim Cards, Sim Log, Anomaly Report, Full Simulation, Launch Checklist, Mission Debrief, T-1 Day page, and an adult guide.

🛰️ The Mission Board: 10-page PDF. Setup page, 4 columns, 10 task cards, 4 MULTI-STAGE cards, a daily and Friday routine poster, and an adult guide.

Plus a single 11×17 board sheet for a print shop.

What You Get To See

✅ Fridays: the number of LANDED cards. Test weeks: GO calls before studying next to readiness after. Proof in their handwriting, not yours.

Why The Pair Works

Same world, same words, nothing new to learn twice. The board keeps tasks out of your kid’s head and on the wall. Launch Day swaps rereading for answering from memory, spread over days, which learning research backs again and again. Both include a page for you.

Designed with ADHD and easily distracted kids in mind: one job per page, one card in flight, short sessions, no streaks to break. These are study and organization tools, not a treatment.

How It Arrives

Instant digital download: 4 PDFs. No physical item ships. US Letter (plus the 11×17 sheet), black-and-white friendly, print at home.

License

Personal use for one household. Please don’t share or resell the files.

One world. Every week on the board, every test on the countdown. GO for launch.

Bonus: Mehtivation: The Launch Day Deck

45 illustrated, printable pep-talk cards for the days your kid opens the page and feels meh. Each card is honest about how school feels, then gives one tiny move that points straight back to a page in the system. Sorted into piles: Stuck, Tired, Too Much, Test Soon, Got It Back, Fresh Start and Any Day.

Questions parents ask

What ages and grades is this for?
Ages 11 to 14 is the sweet spot (grades 5 to 9). The tone is grown-up, with no cartoon mascots, so a 13-year-old won’t feel babied.

What is the bonus card deck?
Mehtivation: The Launch Day Deck is 45 illustrated, printable pep-talk cards for the days your kid feels meh. Each card names the feeling, then gives one tiny move back into their Launch Day and The Mission Board pages. It’s included free with this bundle.

The test is tomorrow. Is it too late?
No. There is a one-page plan for the night before, about 90 minutes, in order.

Is it good for kids with ADHD?
It was designed with distractible kids and kids with ADHD in mind: one job per page, a short DO THIS line, short sessions, a clear next step and nothing that resets after a missed day. It is a study tool, not a treatment.

Does my kid have to love space mission things?
It helps. The whole system speaks the language of rockets, astronauts, planets and launch countdowns. If that’s not your kid, the same system comes in 10 other worlds with matching page numbers.

Can I use it for homeschool or my classroom?
Yes. The license covers one household, or one teacher’s own students. Reprint it for every test this year.
